This Copyright Policy applies to the online store owned and operated by K-Kreative Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”, "K-Kreative Clothes"). By using our online store and purchasing from us, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All designs, digital artwork, graphics, written content, branding elements (including copy, taglines, and visual identity), and any other creative material displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of K-Kreative Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to, original works created by the founder and lead digital artist of K-Kreative Ltd.

While some elements may be sourced from licensed graphic libraries (e.g., Shopify or Printful), the vast majority of the designs and artwork are wholly original creations by K-Kreative Ltd. All final, compiled designs—whether purely original or incorporating small licensed components—are owned exclusively by K-Kreative Ltd under copyright law.

2. Digital Artwork & Creative Rights

All original digital artwork sold or displayed by K-Kreative Ltd is solely created and owned by the company’s founder and lead artist. These works are protected under UK and international copyright laws and may not be used, reproduced, altered, or resold without explicit, written permission from K-Kreative Ltd.

Ownership of physical products (e.g. prints, garments, or accessories) does not transfer any reproduction or commercial rights to the buyer. All creative rights remain with the creator.

3. Print-on-Demand & Product Sourcing

Clothing and accessories may be physically produced by third-party providers (such as Printful). However, the final design output, including digital files, product layouts, text, and any integrated artwork, is the intellectual property of K-Kreative Ltd. Use of external fulfilment partners does not affect our copyright ownership over the final product designs.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is granted by K-Kreative Ltd:

  • Copying, downloading, altering, or reproducing any of our designs, art, or content

  • Redistributing or reselling our products or designs in any form

  • Using our designs or content for commercial or promotional use

  • Claiming or implying ownership of any creative works by K-Kreative Ltd

Any such actions may result in legal proceedings and claims for damages.

5. Enforcement & Legal Rights

K-Kreative Ltd reserves all rights under applicable intellectual property laws to protect its work. This includes the right to issue cease-and-desist notices, file DMCA takedown requests, pursue copyright claims, and seek legal remedies (including financial damages) against individuals or businesses found infringing upon our rights.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement
